Bill Lee, Chairman
Chief Operating Officer, Christophe Harbour
Bill Lee joined Christophe Harbour as its new chief operating officer in 2012. Bill has extensive experience managing projects in the Caribbean and has lived in the region for the last decade. Most recently, he served as the general manager of Bimini Bay Resort and Marina, Bahamas and was an essential part of the start-up of Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina in the British Virgin Islands, where he held the post of opening general manager.

Mackie Jeffers, Secretary and Treasurer
Controller, Christophe Harbour
Mackie Jeffers has been working in the field of accountancy for many years. A fellow member in the Institute of Financial Accountants (London), he joined Christophe Harbour after an illustrious career in the telecommunications industry where he served as a member of the executive management team of Cable & Wireless (St. Kitts-Nevis) Limited, a subsidiary of a world class telecom conglomerate. He was responsible for management accounting activities and a leader on several sub-committees including Activity Based Costing (ABC) Position Audit and Value Chain Analysis. He was also chairman of the Capital Efficiency Board and was the winner of the coveted General Manager's Award. Currently, he is the financial controller of Christophe Harbour Company Limited. As an athlete, Mackie won the St. Kitts Lawn Tennis Championship for four consecutive years and represented the island in the Caribbean Brandon Tennis Tournament.

Katherine Verano
Associate Marketing Director, Christophe Harbour
Katherine has been an integral part of the Christophe Harbour team since Fall 2007. As associate marketing director, she has helped create the Christophe Harbour brand over the last six years and has welcomed some 60 new members to the Christophe Harbour family. Growing up in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Katherine has always loved any opportunity to be on the water and at the beach. So, working on a project like Christophe Harbour is a perfect fit. She has spent the last 12 years working on private residential and resort development projects in the coastal areas of South Carolina and Georgia, the mountains of Wyoming and West Virginia, and tropical locales in the Bahamas and the Turks & Caicos Islands. Katherine serves on the board of directors and executive committee for the YMCA of Greater Charleston.
